For the longest time I was vegetarian till this past Christmas when I went home for 3 weeks and I just gave in to my mother and ate meat. That went on for a few months until recently I decided to go back to be vegetarian and transition to raw vegan. I’m on day 2 of raw vegan and I just can’t eat that much! The amount of food that’s suggested that you eat is crazy.
What I ate today:
Breakfast smoothie= half apple, half banana, strawberries, spinach, flax seed, water.
snack= other half of apple and a grapefruit
snack= asian pear
lunch= 14 carrots sticks (gag, I hate carrots) and 1/3 cup raw spicy hummus, other half of banana
And I’m stuffed for a bit after ever meal and I don’t get hungry.
For dinner I’m making a cool cucumber soup with some mushroom cabbage wraps.
Geez, I hope I can keep with this, I need to force myself to eat more or else I’m going to fail!
$4 freaking dollars for a small head of iceberg lettuce.
Stupid New Brunswick, why you have to be so expensive?
Blah, Iève been over eating on healthy food lately. Iève cut out all sugar and Iève been getting weird dull headaches that last forever, I wonder if they two are connected. I feel like ièm a fatty, but i donèt feel gross from the food, itès weird. Ièm not usually one for purging but i feel like ièm wandering down that road. Oh wells.
